General Statement

Access to any company’s website can be challenging for persons having certain disabilities.  A person’s disability is often unique.  What may work well for one person may cause difficulties for another person.  Our company has made efforts to accommodate as many of our customers and potential customers as is reasonable given our size, resources and knowledge of our customers, and potential customer’s needs.  To that end we have engaged the services of professionals to assist and advise us in these matters. 

Property Access

The Leasing Office at Crenshaw Terrace is open for its residents and prospective residents Monday through Friday 9am to 5PM and after hours by appointment only.  Meeting our Community Manager regarding vacancies is done by appointment only. The property is controlled accessed, and only residents can enter using their community gate key or the intercom system.  Please contact the community manager via the information below to make an appointment and obtain access. There is no-onsite guest parking. 


Our website provides several methods, features and policies that can help with access to our website and/or to products or services provided or referred to on our website.  There are also various aids available by third parties and which are provided by most browsers. strives to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessible Housing
Consistent with state and federal law, our policy is to allow reasonable accommodations or reasonable modifications based upon a disability and disability related need when the request is not unduly burdensome and does not create a fundamental change to the nature of our business operations. A resident seeking a reasonable modification may be responsible for the related cost.
